Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1 Medium Over-Ripe Banana
1 Cup Rolled Oats
2 Tablespoons Honey (melted or liquid)
1 Tablespoon Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 Teaspoons Cinamon
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Steps
Mix the ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl except for the chocolate chips.
Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each). If you like, you can flatten them with a fork.
Place the balls evenly on a baking pan.
Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Tasty Tip
Sometimes, if the honey is warm (or if the banana has been defrosted in the microwave), the chocolate chips may melt slightly into the mixture. It's so delicious that you might find yourself eating it straight from the bowl before getting a chance to bake them—so it's up to you!
